I'm curious as a Southerner what really limits your use of your scooter? I know fresh snow would be a real problem but what about the roads that have been snow plowed and salted? What about the low cold temperatures? Does that prevent you from riding? I can see multiple conditions that would make it almost impossible and very uncomfortable. We have days in the 30-50F range but as long as I dress for the cold I usually can ride year round. Well anyway, I feel for you. Be safe!
