How much do rollers weigh super 8 150

Well went out and ran on some 55 mph roads. The Scooter was better in mid range, 40 to 50 and felt more crisp. It topped out at 65 mph on the Scooter Speedo. As i was catching up with the traffic it was close.
Was it worth the cost and work. I think so.

It was 106 today so i did the changes, but did not go for a very big ride.
The clutch modifications were worth it. Silky smooth take up, not jerky as the original equipment.

Hi well i went ahead and got a Dr Pulley variator sliders. Dr Pulley weights 13 g. Then for the clutch main spring yellow, three clutch arm springs yellow
 [/color]How would you go about getting a softer clutch hookup on a 150 super 8. Mine seems to be too abrupt. It has a the original clutch. Looks fine on examination ?. Any thoughts ?. I weigh 195

Can you back up a bit?
Did you do all these mods at once?
You made it sound like the clutch action was smooth, but then it wasn't?
I installed a new clutch with a 1500 rpm (yellow) torque spring and 1500 rpm (yellow) clutch springs.
The clutch action is smooth, but now I get a throbbing vibration above 40 mph.  Nothing too bad, but I did not get this with the stock set up.

Hi check your belt, i noticed that it vibrates at certain places as the variator is working. I tested it with the cover off. The bottom of the belt slaps around a bit. No harm to the belt, just an annoying noise. I think it may be due to a stronger main spring at the clutch. Yes i did all the mods at once. It did smooth the clutch take up and give stronger response to the throttle mid range. ?? but the belt slap ??, time will tell it only happens at certain speeds and position of the variator.

When changing the roller weights  , they all have to be positioned the same way , with the overlay to the right , if you look closely at them you will notice it , look on you tube they have a video post , visually showing what I mean , otherwise you will get the noise / vibration etc as you described , and possibly do some engine damage.
