We re-restricted ours, the copper wire lays along the inside of the casing apart half way down the depth, I just cut a piece of the case away (about 2mm thick) and the potting and soldered a new bit back in.....

hi the rookie, im not too sure what you mean, as you can see in the pic ive cut quite a bit of it away, do you have any pics?
