scoot running rough

My scoot has been hard to start. after leting it sit on a charger for a few min it starts right up the battery I got this last summer. after siting over night its hardt to start again. I turned the gas mix screw 3 full turns then bac 1/4 turn is that to much. and also the scoot needs to be worm befor it will fire up its been under 30 outside here latly. but ounce it fires up im all good. is it just a cold thing.

I had an Agility 50 and it was really pi$$y to start when it was new and cold. Got better after I put a richer main jet in it and it got more miles on it.

fixed it. cleaned all the elc. wires and the battery post that seems to do the trick.
