Just a quick note- really appreciate the service and advice I received from John at Moxie Scooters in TX.
Learned more in 5 mins on the phone with him , than a week hanging out for some service & advice at my local BIG cycle dealer here in Ohio. Man I wish I lived near these Texas folks!
Makes a big difference when you can talk to a scooter shop person - compared to dealing with folks who sell mostly motorcycles ....and sell a few scooters out the side door. Counter help is humorous, accessories are nonexistant, and service manager quoted me $372 for the 600 mile service on my new Like 200i LX (Guess who's gonna sharpen up those old VW valve adjusting skills in my garage!)
You do have to buy 'em where you can though, I guess. It was local dealer or not have a scooter.
