Wrong speed.

Actually in most jurisdictions, motorcycles are permitted to use hov lanes. Certainly that's the case here in MN.

This guy checks out. According to this article on the Boston Globe, there's a federal law that allows motorcycles in HOV lanes that naturally overrules any state law to the contrary. So not only is it legal in Massachusetts, it's legal everywhere federal US highway law governs.

I don't have a bike that's legal on any highway but it's good to know. Thank you!

Theres lots of things wrong in this video. I think he should most importantly have MIRRORS. That way he would know whats actually going on around him...
Not owning the lane is just another issue. Maybe he wanted to get hit and catch it all on camera?>  :D ;D
