I would say that you should use a clearance that is 0,01, if anything else is not said by the manufacturer. This is slightly higher than what would normally be the optimum, but when the valves are more open, more air will enter the engine and the engine will get hotter.
Also the exhaust valve is more subjected to the stream of hot gasses (usually around 900 degrees celsius at WOT, but possibly more when you've tuned the engine).
The only downside is that valve clearance delays the opening time and reduces the total lift, so if the lift is only slightly higher than the stock, in: 4,36mm and ex: 4,64mm, then you should use the same clearance as normal, but if the high lift race cam really has a high lift, then you should think about adding more clearance.
