I'm glad we don't have winter here... If we have, however, I would just get snow tires and ride...

or this.....

Do you really want your scooter to miss the holy season? My scooter loves snow!:

[quote [/quote]

OK, I've been sweating the coming of winter here in Ohio - with a scoot as my only transportation (without resorting to waking my wife at 5 AM to Drive me to work - humiliating!)
Are you the fellow that lives in Germany?
Tell me more about snow riding, please! I have a 3.5 mile commute on city streets.
Very serious request here.........
Thanks, Stig

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

Smooth driving! You don't know if there is tarmac or ice under the snow.
If the snow is deeper than the under-floor high, game is absolutely over.

I ride yr round weather permitting. Rain the bike stays home. snow on the ground is bad news around here as it will melt a little during the day and you have black ice on the trip home at night, ice is not good.
