people 50 won't start. new electrical, dry plug, carb full of gas, got spark turns over great just won't start. help can't ride my scooter. baffled old man.

Dry plug? You mean fuel does not enter combustion chamber?

yes, no fuel in the combustion chamber. would a weak ring not pull some fuel into combustion chamber?
