Bought a used agility 50. It had sat awhile so I decided to clean the carb as it seemed a little pokey. As I was taking apart the carb, I notice the vacuum hose that comes off the bottom of the carb (see photo) was not connected to anything. Where does it go or is it supposed to be open to the atmosphere? Thanks!
