I have a agility 50 can i just remove the boss drive and run my scoot like that for top speed

O no. no way . You need to find the drive boss that is flat or file down the other one.
and besides that you need to up the jet and cut the cdi box to get more speed with out all 3 done
your not doing nothing.

I cut the cdi box and am going to put a big bore kit and bigger carb on here in like a week. Ill try finding a smooth boss or file the one i have down and let you know how it works out

there hard to find around here but try a 20 mm carb I run theam on all my 50 scoots and I like.some carbs will say they are 20 but they are realy a 19.5 or just 19 look close to make sure its a true 20mm.
