Thanks for all the replies so far. I just replaced the helmet because of the accident, so I'm set there, and the seat is actually very comfortable. But I didn't even think about new tires - great idea! My tire sizes are: rear 130/70-12; front 120/70-12. Any suggestions on brands and styles? I'd love to look at a set of new tires soon.

Keep those ideas coming! Thanks!

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

my favorite mod would be storage, comfort, or tech solutions like a mounted GPS or something. or something cosmetic / aesthetic like mirrors, lights, etc. might even get some functionality out of some things meant for style

i would not get new tires, myself. i'd live with the ones on the scooter until worn. i would not change to sliders or get a different muffler or touch anything mechanically. not that i would not consider it, i'd just consider it after i got some good use out of  the stock stuff
You do have a point there, MrKymco. As the weather cools down, I've been thinking about some cold weather riding gear, maybe a heavier riding coat or some riding pants. Anyone have a preference between the pants and the "kilt" type leg covering? How about some good riding gloves for the cold weather?

Not sure if they're available in those sizes, but the Michelin City Grip is worth a look. Good wear, excellent handling on all surfaces.

Changed my boss pulley, and rewired my cdi, got another 15mph.  Also bought some red reflective tape off of ebay and applied it to my scooter for extra safety

Thanks for all the great input, guys. You've given me a lot of ideas to ponder. The hardest part is just going to come down to making that final decision and pulling the trigger.
