Or you could refit the original barrel and head with new gaskets. BBKs are not the answer to everything, I can get the standard bike to hit over 50mph without spending any money

Its already on here, tuning 49cc mopeds takes time, especially when you are new to bikes. I'm 42 and I've  been riding a lot of years now, so I know a few tricks. Some tricks are free and some are expensive.
So , very quickly... Remove any restrictive washers in the pipe, clean and gap your plug, lift the back wheel off the ground and set your mixture to achieve max revs, splice the green cable on the ecu, and finally, skim the variator boss down to 34 mm on the side of a bench grinding wheel.
It ll do 50, my sons does 50 without the splice mod
