Happy Thanksgiving to all!  Yes, 08.. people here are requesting the government to limit giving food to them but to help rebuild the local economy... especially those fishermen who lost their boats... with relief goods, they can eat for a few days, with a new boat, they can eat for a lifetime and even earn money...
