Don't think too many will spring for these after market pipes.
I have never read a sustainable account of a street 4 stroke getting much from an aftermarket pipe.
Sounds like if you want some extra zip - with perhaps a price to pay in longevity - then sliders and mucking about with the clutch and variator give the most noticeable changes.
Mild possible engine improvements might come by lighter synthetic oils and 93 octane, and an Iridium plug.
Better handling by improved tires.
There is a pleasant ground swell at present in sticking with stock Kymco parts on a Kymco engineered product!
(belts, brake pads, variator parts)
Adding LED's seems a popular move.
I honestly am beginning to think that the LIKE 200i is a very solid appliance for the road - but does not lend itself to aftermarket performance -mproving parts which are avail. in the USA. I think we own a 4 dr Chevy Impala, rather than a Camaro SS.
To repeat myself - if you need more "go", buy a bigger scoot; because there are no cheap, proven, turbo helps within our shores!
Or, you can do what the teens are doing. Get a Honda Civic and put a fart can on it. Doesn't do
anything but irritate the heck out of older folks! There being some small value in that.....admittedly.
(ie: drill holes in your stock pipe ?)
