Competition Accessories in Springfield, OH has a VERY clean black '09 People 200S for sale.
It looks brand new - but has 800 or so miles on it.
They are asking $2300 for it - but salesman said to try hitting the boss for $1800 and see what happens.
I really liked it - but : it is black, not red. and I already have a 163cc scooter like this - and this is heavier than my LIKE.
If it had been red and a genuine 200cc's - I'd be pushing my LIKE back in there for a trade.
Very nice looking scooter though!

I got my s250 for $1800 this past Spring with 526 mi on it.  It was an '07 but in new condition.  I just hit 2600 mi this past week.  Love the 16" wheels around town and the stability on the road when heading out to the country.   You can always apply black reflective tape to it and it'll only be noticeable at night.
