Honda east in Toledo Ohio gave me 20% off on all kymco parts. I have heard some good things about stadium Yamaha in Texas (Dallas I think)? :-*

How many miles you get on it?  I'm at 15K now and am thinking it's about time as well.  Let me know what you find.

Refer to Grandvista threads... Go to Shredded Belt on August 17, 2013.   I made a mistake as it was actually my Xciting belt.  I buy my parts at Stadium Yamaha and yes,  I usually check several sites only to find just a few $ difference.  Recommend...Don't shop for any comparable belt.  Get the Kymco belt.  This is a key component,  not visible, easily overlooked and can be a serious issue when you're far from home like I was.   Highly recommend maintenance of this item with an impact wrench.

Could not have said it better myself. I changed my first belt at around 25,000 miles. Still looked good, but was getting narrow/thin. After a new belt broke due to using non stock parts I put the original belt back on for about another 5,000 or so. Did not break. I called it my magic belt. It had over 30,000 miles on it easy. It was getting severe cracks in it on the under side of the belt between the cog's. From the top it still looked good. :-*

30,000 miles on a belt? That's why you are a Hero Member, Sissy Mary. Most I ever got was 18,300 or thereabouts

It's because I only tour. In town with the belt riding up and down all the time, I think is what really wears them thin. As Forest Gump would say, MAGIC BELT. :-*
