Not that I know of.  On my zx50; turn key to on, make sure kill switch in on run, and .  .  .  kick!  Usually fires first time!  Will it start using the starter?  When you kick it, does it crank the motor?

It should start right up with the kickstart then.  When you kick it, does it crank the motor?  My guess is that it may have something out of place or broken inside the cover preventing it from engaging.

Have you taken the cover off to see what is going on inside?  You might not need any parts!  One of the gears may have just gotten stuck!

I couldn't start mine until I put it up on the kick stand with the back wheel off the ground.

On my zx I can't use my kickstart unless it is on the center stand.  The arm hits the stand when it is folded up.

Honestly, my People 150 will not kickstart either. I've had to jumpstart it on more than one occasion. I've checked inside the CVT, and everything seems to be meshing properly, but it just won't kick.
