Needle jet photos

hello everybody, can someone of forum that goes 65km/h on agility r16 post me a photo of needle jet? it isn't adjustable...so i suppose that i have to change it because i put #86 main jet and i go only 55km/h (all restriction were removed)

..well, my Agility 50 will run 80 kmh..downhill...

..when you say "all restrictions" what does that include??

CDI restriction, variator boss, and main jet...i'm sure that the problem is needle jet...can you post me a your's foto please?

CDI restriction, variator boss, and main jet...i'm sure that the problem is needle jet...can you post me a your's foto please?

..well, I'd have to open my carb to do that, and I'm not really up to that at the moment..lol..

..however, there is a service manual that has what you're looking for...

..there's a link to it posted further down in this board...

franx, I'm a little confused as to what you are asking about.  The needle jet and main jet are the same thing.  The needle acts as the valve to the main jet.  As you roll the throttle, you are pulling the needle up out of the jet; allowing more fuel to pass through it.  Are you asking about the needle height?

..no jets..needle or otherwise...in the carb on my A50 are ...adjustable...

...these are from the service manual..

..and there are more besides these..

..in the manual, everything is identified by name...

..section 5 pages 6-9...

..hope this helps, because i'm really not tearing down my carb to take any pics...

..yeah, I actually did tear my carb down yesterday..(sorry franx, still no pics)..

..I drilled out my main jet, and also took a look at the needle jet..

..the needle jet's inside diameter is MUCH bigger than the main jet's..

Slinger- Where did you get the drill bits?  I looked when I was tuning my jets and all I could find was a $200 set!  I just ordered every size! ;)

..Shaka, A dude here at work had some..just some bits in the "pen" type holder...don't think they could have been that much..
