March 29, 2014 Ride
« on: March 29, 2014, 10:58:51 PM »
Sitting at home all by myself and the chores were done so what to do. Check the weather and it's 39 F so time for a ride. Here's the pics.

Seen this tree the other day and just had to get a pic with it.

This little creek has cut a nice path into the landscape.

Windmills, windmills, windmills everywhere.

Out by the lake again today.

blue, The only thing I don't like is that they put the word super in black so you really can't see it. It should have been in white like the rest.

momma, They put those in just a couple years ago. I still can't stop looking at them. Check my youtube channel wkreps, I did a vlog on them last summer.

Nice pictures Wayne. Its always good to go for a ride. It relieves any stress one might have. 39 is still cold for me. I know, I have been living in Vegas for almost 21 years from NYC. For me, perfect riding weather is the high seventies to low eighties with nothing but the wind at your back, Happy riding Wayne.

king, This is my first scooter so that probably explains riding in the cold temps. I check the weather everyday. I had a ride/don't ride temp set at 40 but didn't think it was gonna make it there yesterday so I fudged it a little. :) Check back in a couple years and I may not want to go out in those temps. Supposed to be sunny and 60 today. Guess what I'm gonna do.

My ride-Don't-Ride temp is....snow/ice.
My fuel injected LIKE fired right up at 4:00AM for my ride to work a few weeks ago. It was 1 degree Farenheit. The scoot sat all night in a garage thst had to be in the teens, or less. Love my EFI~!
I had trouble with this until I bought the 2 balaclavas to cover the chest, neck & chin. Next I bought replacement helmet pads from HJC to put my helmet size back to the orig. XXXX....must be XXXXXX by now with those balaclavas compacting things in the helmet.
