SWEET!

All my free time this weekend will go into perusing this gallery. I'm really having a hard time deciding on keeping my super8 original and adding a few stickers/vinyl graphics OR painting it purple/gold and decorating it up Louisiana State University (LSU) style.

LSU Official Colors (No paint Specs though)

Yeah, I'm not satisfied with it but it's a start. I want to do all vinyl stickers so that if I ever sell it the new buyer can remove them and just have a 2 color scoot without the theme.

Not sure what kind of scoot this is, but I think my Super8 would look awesome with this paint job.

I'm lost Kreps! Is that a Photo Shop type rendering? If it is can I PLEASE send you a Pict of my GF for some... enhancements?

I actually Love the scheme, and my advice BEFORE seeing the pict. was to go for it. After seeing it I am happy to see I was right.
Go for it.
If you buy the paint (2 part urethane) 1 quart of each + hardner/thinner = about 180.00ish  and pull/prep the plastics, I could see 150.00 200.00 to spray at a good shop. Maybe 400.00 into it including stickers.
Best part is you will never have to wax it again. Dish soap, and a drying rag make it a shiny as the day it was painted.

Thanks for the paint tips but i doubt I'll be painting anytime soon. The first round of vinyls will go on the blue/white scheme. I need to get some shots of my Super8 so that I can start placing decals on in Photoshop. Once I get a scheme that I am happy with, I'll have this guy at work do the vinyl cutting (he has a vinyl cutter at home) and apply them.
