Yo won't be able to buy the complete engine, even if you have a friend in Taiwan Kymco does not offer "crate motors". Even here in the US you couldn't buy a short block agility motor or any motor for that matter.
2002 Kymco B&W 300; MRP 78MM "300CC", Naraku cam, Yoshimura rS3 exhaust, 17g Sliders, Yellow torque spring drilled airbox, stock carb #115 main #40 pj.

I looked up the kymco 100 engine but forgot the number. You can purchase them from dealers in Indonesia.
The issue goes back to paying for the engine, and then paying the shipping.

i'm not going to do all your homework. Figure it out.

You dont have to fill the jug w/ water to get thc cc's. In fact that gives incorrect results. The accepted method is bore x stroke To this you add the area of the combustion chamber (which CAN be measured w/ water or if you are smart enough you can figure the area mathematically.

You are 100% correct in the CVT is the KEY to getting whatever power you have to the ground efficiently. You could run 40HP, and have a goofed up CVT that delivers 3HP to the ground.

I personally have purchases eleven 50mm kits off of Ebay from gy6 performance usa. I had ONE bad head, and he promptly replaced it, and included a new complete gasket set free.

So as of right now there are 11 50mm kits riding aroound Carrabelle/Tallihasse that I installed. Not one has failed yet (3 years on the oldest/2+ on my personal bike).

I forget what the stroke is on these things but I did the math years ago. The 50mm kit comes to something like 92cc's. Every engine builder on the planet knows there are very few engines that are classed in actual numbers but are instead classed in the next size UP as standard. For the kits you all are getting that actually measure 47mm (70ish cc's) they are obviously coming from unscrupulous sellers/suppliers/dumb ass buyers/suppliers w/ little no mechanical knowledge. None of that is the norm.

I'm not attempting to be argumentative. I am just pointing out facts.

You obviously like NYC products. I have NEVER used them because like Nakaru thay are China made parts put in flashy packages. Lightning bolts on the box don't make a quality part. I'm not slamming NYC just stating I can but the same parts for 1/3rd the price. Just in a made in China package.

Whoever wants to do whatever I don't give a rats ass. I am just telling you all my experiences with the things I have come across in these engines. I'm not saying Coke is better than Pepsi... I am saying the parts I buy do the job I expect them to do. MUCH cheaper than buying a 100cc kymco engine, and having to ship it 1/2 way around the world I might add. After all the kymco 100cc is actually 101cc with a 51.8mm stroke. The agility (or all kymco 50cc bikes) is 41.4mm stroke. The cool thing here is the shorter stroke matched with a larger bore will make for a much higher reving engine that DOES produce more torque.
Bottom line is a modified 50cc to build a 90somethingcc engine will out perform a stock 101cc kymco, and cost perhaps 1/3rd the amount.

The largest kit that will install and that is made is 85cc at 52mm.

Thanks for the info, but I'm not looking for a "kit" 100cc.  I'm looking how to get a Kymco SG20 model engine.  It's a 100cc variant of the qmb139, not a kit.  It's a 50mm bore by 51.8mm stroke.  It's the 51.8mm stroke crankshaft that makes the difference (the 50cc crank is 41mm stroke).  I'd like the complete unit since it has a genuine long-stroke 100cc engine with the low-ratio gear set.

That's where I found them for sale... Indonesia. The last digits on the engine were AA or SA i forgot. I think it was SG20SA.

I found the engine on an indonesian site similar to AliBaba that led to a Kymco dealer there.

I spent about an hour finding it, and then I lost this thread so I just forgot the details. They are available but not here in the US. You have to have one shipped. Good Luck.
