Hey guys, curious question. At what point have you done so or does anyone know at what point the clutch on our xc500's is due for service?
always leave yourself an exit incase you get stuck in a pinch. RIDE SAFE!

When the pad material on the clutch pads get's worn down to the spec limits, it's time to change the clutch. I would recommend a new clutch spring at the same time. I have over 50,000 miles on my original clutch, and it still looks fine, but all I do is tour. I think the clutch and spring will cost about $60.00? :-*
