Fuel injector cleaner
« on: April 12, 2014, 08:46:38 PM »
I put some fuel injector cleaner in my peoples 200 gas tank the other day, of course my scoot is carbed. Today she's been slightly difficult to start, did I make a mistake?

Shouldn't be a problem. It's just petroleum spirits of some sort.
I think of injector cleaner as a better form of carb cleaner.

That being said some engines like cleaners and some don't. The
ones that don't run a little poorly for a while but no big deal.

Specific brand and amount?  Was it added to fresh or winter storage gas?
