Most dealers have no Kymco repair parts stock and are not required to have any. Further, most dealers really know nothing about the systems on these things. I have recently done my own warranty work by trouble shooting and identifying the defective part and a dealer got Kymco to send the part. It took a long time to get the part. Welcome to the dealer network!

The fact you still have the codes after the battery reset means you still have the problem. What do codes 43 & 44 mean?

5 shows some error codes, 4.5, 43 already ... I do not know the exact number. But it will definitely attached to it flash relay, because they removed these errors are thrown. Otherwise, it is perfectly normal scooter other than direction and everything works. It is difficult to tell what the CELP light is flashing: one long, four short or is it five short? The screen in the center is unreadable except for the larger numbers. So here is what I request: make another youtube video while focusing on the engine light. Get all the flashes of that light. There is no code for 5 and 43 listed in the service manual. I am assuming the DT300i and your 350i are similar enough so one procedure works for both.

OK, I saw one long and 5 short, followed by 4 long and 3 short. This is quite different signalling than the DT300i. It looks like 15 and 43. I suspect these codes are for the 350i only. We must find a list of codes for the 350i somewhere. I think I saw turn signal work on the rear but not the front, right? Emergency flashers work on the front. Do they work on the back? Looks like not all wiring is hooked up properly and/or some plug-in relays missing or in the wrong places. Relays are generally all identical but the flasher is different while it may have the same connector. There is a "Hazard Controller" that is part of the signal light system. Things won't work right if it is not plugged in.

Slovokia looks like the ideal country for scooters like yours and motorcycles!

200 km journey home, the end of the road broke down rudder and right after that I went to the garage and looked at all the relays in the front. I tried each relay pulled out and looked whether they're good, the errors would have written because I pulled relay? He pulled out the relay and turn on the key. I did not know at first which ones relay  blinker.At 0km and rides him did not write any errors.

When stopped working turn signals, not write errors now and then. When a second when I starte but have yet to try to pull the relay. Their on front 6x relay + 1x flash relay. When the ignition I could write errors in memory when I pulled Some relay?

You could have written errors IF you pulled the relays with the power on. But I suspect the errors pertain only to the injection system and battery power like the rest of the EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) bikes and ATV models. I have sent an e-mail to KymcoUSA asking for help on this problem.

I think you said that everything was working properly when you bought the scooter. That would mean something changed on the 200km ride home. Like a plug came unplugged for example.

I used to fly glikers/sailplanes and one of the most interesting was the Blanik two seat. Well made in Chekoslovakia during the cold war.

Yes, the store isiel scooter without errors.Injection does not have relays?
History: Tacho ODO
0 km-200 km ok
201km all - wrong turn signals but no error on display
203km - garages, checking relays
203,1km wrong turn signals and errors on display
Now 300 km and mistakes is still on. Flash Relay and once again it is not.

Yes, fuel injection has relays. I do not think the relays are the problem. I do not think the flasher is the problem. I think the wiring is the problem like in a loose ground or disconnected plugs. Your front signals are in the front fairing unlike the DT300i (US models). Something has vibrated loose, probably in the front. Can you remove the front to inspect? Are you handy with tools and electrical?
