Locating the fuse box

Hi, I was wondering where the fuse box it located on my kymco agility 125..? I cant get the scooter to turn over and I've checked the battery, gas, and spark plug..? If you could email me a picture that'd be great. Or Just explain it to me!

It is always within a few inches of the battery. A white nylon case that holds the fuse, and one spare. Follow the red lead.
What year bike is this? Second hand? Someone may have removed it?

There is a black relay under the seat that you can clean and put back in.cheack that one out.
