Expansion exhaust to get more pep outa that 50.   Anyone will do just have to match it with jetting.        Ive never had the stock cylinder however.    Mine came with Airsal t6 which for 50cc is crazy fast with pipe.   If you want to be stealthy get Malossi 70cc kit and mod stock exhaust.

Mine is modded stock exhaust, stock carb with aftermarket filter and 105jet,    NCY race clutch,   stock var,    Malossi 70cc sport cylinder.    I get 45mph and its tolerable noise wise.   ALOT of low end power this way and if you can believe it pretty darn good mileage.

Imagine a Harley engine in your 200.

That's how we see modified 50cc scoots.
One of the Maxi scoot guys posted about top speed... My 74ishcc matches theirs, and gets there 2-3 times quicker. No need for more scooter weight when you have Cahone's the size of watermellons.

haha chris, yep. :)

yesterday I pulled up to a brand new masarati at the light. the windows were lightly tinted and it was an asian dude driving it, he had an earpiece on and looked like he's doing very well for himself. we raced as the light turned green.....for the first 15 yards he was behind me!! haha  yeah buddy!

This scooter can surprise some Kimura.

I was on a back road with a 25 MPH speed limit, I was doing 35-40 in front of a Harley rider with his girl friend; at one point he just decided he didn't want me leading him so he eventually passed me out doing about 50 arms almost rubbing.

Just ordered the purple spring and 8 Gm Dr Pulley Sliders and a Jet Kit, gonna need help getting that 14 mm nut off as its frozen as if loctite was used on it.

Kimura, Do you want to attempt chamfering the cylinder ports? If not I'd be 100% positive your installer does it, and I mean like watching him do it.
This step is vital to a long lasting kit.
Also you will have to baby the bike just like a new engine break in. For the first 100 miles stay below 1/2 throttle. After that creep up on full for short 30-45 second runs, and back down again. At 150-200 miles you can start running wot.

If the jetting is not right the kit won't last one mile. Listen for odd noises in the exhaust. The bike should sound just like it always has. If something sounds wrong stay off the throttle.

thanks for the info zombie, i really appreciate your level of expertise bro.  it says a lot about you to take the time to help a bunch of random scooter newbies on the internet.  if I'm ever in your neck of the woods ill be sure to buy you a big steak and lots of drinks. lol

that involves sand papering the cylinder so it can fit right?  nah bro, i don't think ill be trying anything like that. but i think i will bring the mechanic a gift and mention to him that i hope he does the job with a little extra care.
