I got Prestone brand, it doesn't say anything about sillicates though.  Is it safe to say all Prestone has none?

It's not green though, not Dex-cool either, some yellow stuff.

Also, is it ok to mix this with the green that's in there now?

Is it ok for me to drain it all and fill it up completely with the yellow?

Will it matter if there's a little bit of the green left over when I do this?

Mixing will not do any harm... the only effect would be on your freezing point and boiling point because different coolant types have different freezing/boiling points...

Flush out the system with a 50-50 mix of distilled white vinegar and distilled water. Rinse with distilled water twice.  Run the engine in your driveway revving gently to bring it to operating temp to open the thermostat for each of these flush-rinse steps.  Let the engine cool between steps before draining.  Finally, fill the system with Engine Ice (straight from the bottle, do not dilute).  Do this every two years, and your bike will last forever.
