This is what a Diablo Rosso SC looks like after 10,000kms.

Having the clutch pack replaced at 79,000kms.
Online sellers all claim the 200 & 300 shares the same part and part number. Now side by side, the new clutch pack is larger. Hope it all pans out.

After abit of grinding, the DT 300 clutch pack is mounted on my DT200. The bell is also on.

The difference between the smaller 135mm clutchpack against the larger is the smoothness. The larger pads and larger diameter has smoothened out the pickup from standstill. It no longer is grabby.

Yrs. Book says 20,000kms. At that mileage my belt have signs of tiny cracks. I suppose it has to do with how 'hard' you ride.

Hi kneeslider,

Sounds good, I replace the front Michelin PP SC to the same new one, because almost reached the mark on the tire.
My scoot have only 20500km and I drive that only 4500km, so hopefully next 20000km no problemo.
The PP SC on front it adheres well in my experience.
I plan to change rear Pirelli Diablo (condition right know about 80%) to Michelin PP SC that's why I buy different brand on front.

What is your opinion, wich one is better?

Out of the 76000km I have done on my DT 200. I have gotten from a rear:

1) Factory fitted Maxxis: 6000kms
2) Michelin PP SC: 10000kms
3) Diablo Rosso SC: 10000kms

Front:

Michelin PP SC: 30000kms
Diablo Rosso SC: 20000kms

Hi mousejunks,

I have Pirelli Diablo on rear (about 80%) and buy new Michelin PP SC on front because long plan the change rear one to Michelin also.
Bad choice?
 ???

It's been raining for a month in Sydney now. I'd like to say once again that nothing compares to Pirelli Diablos and Diablo Rossos for grip in the wet.

I have PP SC front and rear on my Downtown and could not be more pleased. I will be very pleased if the rear lasts longer than 8000 miles!

Not today, last week change front wheel bearing because it is noisy.
The wheel mechanic hear that noise also, so before change tire I need to change that.
My first idea pull bearing with puller, but I don't find any , just tool kit for car mechanic of course with high price.
After I check the official service book and they recommendation to knock out the old bearing, so I use long steel rod to knock out.

Bearing #: 6002 2RS and seals TC 22-32-7
To push back a new one use 24 mm ratchet key head which does not touch just external ring.
The old bearing does not have any sensible error, but the new bearing noiseless. :D
