LED strips

Has anyone added LED strips or lights to the front or back of their scooter. I'm thinking the more light the better.

My DH added LED strips to the front of his VTR250 motorcycle and also strips to the front of a friend's Bergman 650 scooter.
He bought the strips at WalMart for under $20 for a pair.  They come with a battery pack and all you have to do is stick them to the bodywork of the scooter.  He removed the battery pack and push button switch  and connected to 12v of the vehicle.  They show up well at night are are visible in the day time also.

They have held up well but both bikes are stored under car ports.

  More light is always good. Another way to increase your nighttime visibility is reflective tape. It's easy to apply, comes in many colors (including black) and reflects light at night. You can apply the black to surfaces and not detract from the look, but at night it will light up like a xmas tree when light hits it. Easy to apply and inexpensive.

More LEDS the better!!!!!!! My friend got a kit of Amazon that is remote controlled and comes with 6 different strips. Multiple different colors available and only $60.
