HELP! Changing out Belt...

I used my impact wrench to get the left bolt off. However where the clutch bell is, it just keeps turning.
How do i take that off?

use a strap wrench around the bell, or a cam wrench with two pins that fit in the bell clutch

the clutchbell keeps turning.
I see i might need a clutch holder tool. if i dont have one, strap wrench??? cam wrench?
