why the belt continues to break? HELP!

NEED SOME  HELP!Why the belt continues to break?I changed it a few times but this story is repeating.
if  you  have  some  suggestions i ll gladly  accept  any of  them :((

Wow, you are a person of few words, especially for your first post:)

Year, make, model and mileage to start.

Did you buy it new or used.

Is it 'stock,' with OEM parts or does it have aftermarket stuff in it, like the variator, sliders and clutch?

Aftermarket KEVLAR belts are known for catastrophic failure and OEM belts are not.

More folks will help if we have more info.

Check very carefully to see if there are any burrs or imperfections in the varriator.

and zombi said check the rear pulley on the clutch, and see if the belt rises to the top of the pulley, if it does it will rip the belt in no time, you have to look when it is running clutch face cover off,.I think you can do that the same as the downtown,.

Use stock parts including belt. Make sure inner washer (the one that go's on first before the rest of the variator), is flat up against the engine case, beveled side toward the engine case, flat side against variator. If in back wards front pulleys will be off center just enough to cause friction between belt and pulley causing heat on bush and inside sliding pulley. This will destroy your belt in no time. I would buy new (both) inner and outer pulley half's, and a new boss. And new rollers while u are at it. These are the moving wear items. If new and installed correctly, all should be fine for quite some time. Do not grease anything in variator area no matter what anyone else has to say!!!! :-*
