de dee, it's around $83 via air to US, might be the same for Canada.
Might not be the cheapest price but what I did is to ship other parts like sliders to save on shipping cost.
(it arrives in 10 days)

It could be cheaper if you order light stuff because they calculate it by either volume weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. I paid $20 shipping for Dr. Pulley sliders and belts, arrived in 7 days, if I distribute the shipping cost, my belt is $70, slider is $30, not a bad deal!

Mine snapped on me on the way to work this morning. Had to push it off the highway (didn't want to leave it there) 2 miles! Glad these things roll easily.

I couldn't find a source online direct from Kymco in Taiwan, can you provide info for that?

This is the second time this has happened to me. This one only lasted 4K miles so not happy with that (although I ride at highway speed way too much). 1st belt lasted 11K miles. When I replaced it, I added DR sliders so not sure if that effected the longevity of my belt but I guess I need to slow down a bit and not push the bike as hard.

Broken belt on the freeway! That could be dangerous, I am glad you are fine.
I had that experience on my other 125 cc bike and definitely don't want to have the same experience again.

In terms of freeway riding, we both got very similar riding conditions!
I ride my DT to work everyday on freeway for 60 miles, and I always ride between 75 - 95 mph depends on the traffic condition.
Currently my ODO shows 10,100 mi, and I just put on Dr. Pulley sliders for 800 miles. Checked the belt last time when I put in the sliders, not noticed any wear/crack/whatsoever.

I did lots of research about how sliders may affect the belt life, but 4000 miles just sounds very strange! Did you put the genuine belt (made by Mitsuboshi, Japan) or you used other performance parts? I have heard that if your belt is not properly installed (too loose) or the size doesn't fit your bike, belt life will be reduced a lot.

Anyways, as I posted on the other forum, I import all my parts by myself from TW
take a look at the following thread and maybe I can help you to get some parts.

(Use "Nikita" instead of Downtown if you want to perform a search)

Ride safe,
