Left click on the pic on your computer and a list of options will pop up. Click on edit, and look for the icon to resize. Change the percentage number from 100% to a smaller percentage based on the size of the image. It needs to be smaller than 192 kb to post on the forum.

Even better, use Photobucket. Upload your pic there, then use the embedded feature copy the link and paste to the forum it will accept any size and show up nice n large on the post.
