Tazer coil

What could make a coil to always get power like even when its off it will taze you like its runny full power it burnt my finger just touching it could it be my pickup that near the stator? I had the wire thats go's to the pickup on the exhaust could that have melted the wire to make it short

They sure can taze you with their 15,000 volts!  There's a capacitor in the circuit, stored full of electricity, and if you touch it soon after running, it will zap you.  Always ground the terminals before touching with bare skin.

It's not coming from the spark plug wire or coil but from the power wire that go's to the coil

If you take off the hot wire from the battery it will stop tazing but as soon as you put the wire on the battery it will start tazing even with the key off could it be the cdi box?
