Anybody know of a video/blog post on changing these?

What brand is best?

Also consider performing a compression test . . requires 10mm adapter.

Speaking of plugs, my bike came with a spare plug, an NGK CR7HSA. The book calls for a Champion P-RZ9 HC. Are those compatible?

I'd put the NGK back in ...or go to the Iridium NGK ($3 vs $7 for the Iridium)
Most autoparts stores can get you that NGK overnight.
This is the same plug my scoot uses.

NGK all day!!!!! Make sure you start the plug by hand, it's very easy to cross thread the aluminum and of you do its a sh** ton of work to get the head off and helicoil it.

CR7HIX is the right iridium, they last FOREVER!!!!

Yep, that's the one I'm running in my Like200i.
Will likely boost your idle by a few RPMs.....gave me a slightly more reassuring idle while waiting at lights.

So this weekend after an oil change I replaced the regular NGK with 3k on it with an Iridium.

I'm impressed. I don't know if the improvement came from a fresh plug, the Iridium, or both, but the bike has a little more power. There is more pep on the low end and with the throttle wide open. I'll get a surge of power on long hills where there wasn't any before the change.

Great stuff. Thanks guys. I'm surprised.

im going to get this plug for my agility 125 last time I went to advanced auto I asked if they could find iridium to replace the  CR7HSA and he did know how or something. This is the same plug in an iridium though?
