It's a yes, and no to your question.
It's the exact same engine as the QMB 139 (gy6) EXCEPT the stator, and CDI are different.

I forget for sure but I think the Kymco version has a DC cdi, and stator output to it, and the QMB is an AC version.
(I might have it backwards)

For a 4 stroke 2014 ts a DC CDI with a pickup output to it from the magneto generator (no ac output to it)

If your thinking of doing a gy6 swap.you will need to swap stator.

I recently replaced my Agility 50 engine with a 139qmb ( I blew it up - a long and boring story ), and the only difference in the stator is the a50 uses a 3-wire stator ( white, yellow, blue/yellow ) and the qmb adds a forth red/black wire that goes to the ac/spark on an ac only system. Since the a50 runs the spark off of the battery it doesn't use the red/black wire, but it works if you just connect the other three.

Hi

Why do you not use the AC CDI of the 139 qmb instead of the DC CDI of the Agility ?

Yes, although I will likely go with a dc to ac mod, it charges the battery and runs the lights - and my headlight is a 45/40 which I replaced the 35/35 with.

Hey, yeah, as I said, the Agility works fine with the DC CDI if you don't connect the red/black wire but I went ahead and finished the AC CDI mod.  I just had to replace the black (12v) wire going into the CDI connectors with the red/black wire from the new coil and swap in an AC CDI ( I had a couple on hand from previous scooters ).

I believe that my lights are now brighter...

I also did it in a way that the original connector for the DC CDI is still there, and I could swap it back in if I wanted.
