THE OUTER ISLANDS.
* LOCATIONS...DOWNEAST MAINE.
* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW AND STRONG WIND.
* TIMING...CONTINUING INTO THE OVERNIGHT.
* WINDS...NORTH 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.
* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID 30S.
* VISIBILITIES...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.
* IMPACTS...HIGH. HEAVY WET SNOW ALONG WITH STRONG WINDS WILL
RESULT IN VERY DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS STARTING SATURDAY
