starting wires

Some one tore the wires out of the ignition solenoid.  what is the color codes for where each wire goes?

that peice is luckly still intact what i am looking for is which wires solder to which spot on the actual ignition area

Got ya, that one is a little trickier!  You should be able to take a voltmeter and check continuity between the points while turning the key to the different positions.  Here is a diagram of what should be connected.

ok i dont have a volt meter either... do u know what color wire goes where starting at the top and rotating clockwise..

Well, I think i stuck out on solving this one. :P  I don't an agility to look at.  I do have an ignition off another scoot, but the wires are different.  I think you might be best off investing in a volt meter, it's cheaper than a new ignition!  ;)  Otherwise, maybe someone else can look at theirs and send you a pic.

..are you wanting the ignition switch connector?

..where you insert the key?

the back of the key silinoid has 5 wires that attach to it  i was wonder what wire goes where

got ahold of the shop were i bought the bike and the order is  starting at 12 o'clock is  Black/white,  Black, Green, green, red.
THe green wire at 5o'clock is the one that is right next to the black wire in the terminal.. 

hopefully this might help someone else down the road.
