It's too hard keeping track of all the lies... I just go w/ the flow, and let my fingers post.
I'm composing an Opera for my daughter, and working out the math for Honda's hydro/magnetic engine while my fingers are talking to you...

Cool stuff!

It was much easier when Axy was around cause I only used one finger to respond to him. I almost had "black hole binding" sorted but he left, and I got distracted by some shiny thing.
Speaking of which... I lost that thing too. Damn...

Robo,
Is it that much smaller than the LIKE?
Stig

Yes, the front disc of the fiddle is way smaller and thinner than on the Like. Unfortunately. The impact is not toooo lousy bad though on the front,  but still not really trustful enough for me. I am a sporty driver. Don´t want to end up in the back of a pickup truck because of a cracked overstressed brake disc.
But the rear drum brake is really dangerous and does not earn the term "brake".

If Sym was willing to work on their brakes, well then I might get weak...
Cheers,
Robo

I don't do engineering by looking at pictures. I'll wait till I can ride one before I trash it.
I've ridden the Like and don't care for it just as I didn't care for my People s200. Both are nice city scooters that have no business with a 200 cc tag on it.

I see that SYM wants to be the next with an underpowered 200 class scooter. I can understand Kymcos Like being what to is with the old 163cc under the seat. SYM has no excuse. They have a solid 171cc in the stable but chose to cheap out on this scoot.

As far as drums on the back not my cup of tea but Honda has done it on the PCX for years and that scoot sells and buyers love it.

"SYM/Lance scaled up the fuel-injected Fiddle III to 200cc from the Fiddle II’s 125cc. For handling the SYM offers both front and rear discs and the tires have been scaled up from the Fiddle II’s 10 inch hoops to a more reassuring 12 inch tire size." . . source.

Perhaps a Taiwan Golden Bee contender . . if the floor hump is acceptable.

I believe that the TGB Bellavita is powered by the same SYM engine that is used in the Citycom 300i.
