Hi guys.
would using too small a jet cause my Agility 125 to not start?
Am using a 150 cylinder you see

Yes it COULD.
Did you just install the cylinder or has it been running on the bike?
Have you ever done a swap like this or had the cylinder apart before?
New gaskets? Intake "O" rings?
Valve adjustment? Piston at TDC marks with the cam lined up?
