You mean to tell me that SOMEONE on that "police force" doesn't know this guy is a drunk? This "cop" obviously needs close supervision.

Ehhh everyone holds cops to such high standards... They are just people and people mess up. In sure there are plenty of stoned, drunk, and plain stupid people that are cops. This one should win an award though haha.
