OK, so I just got this thing and, FWIW, the acceleration is quicker than the MP3 500 Piaggio I just sold. Which will really tick off some of the folks I ride with.
While riding it for the first time, I found that it continually wanted to pull itself upright when leaned over to zig zag or take a corner. While this may or may not be a bad thing, it is different than any other beastie I've ridden. I put about 20,000 miles a year on my bikes (Triumph Tiger 800xc, Goldwing 1500, and now the People) so I've had a lot of experience on 2 wheels.
The PO didn't remember what the psi was supposed to be so he filled it to 34 psi. This helped, but when I read the manual it says 24 front and 28 to 32 rear. Since I weigh 235, I'll probably use 32 in the rear.
I'll have to check when I go down to the garage later, but is this a trait of this scoot, or just 'cuz the tire pressures aren't quite right? If it is what it is, I'll get used to it, just wanna know. TIA
