rode today 1-17-15
« on: January 17, 2015, 10:46:03 PM »
Start 40 s then 50 s then back to 40 s.
Had a good ride on a sunny day and had time to change my oil when I got back.
Not bad for the middle of January.

We started around 40, and got to 60 by 1.00pm.  Nice day.
Maybe one, two more cold fronts, and we're back to 70-80... Till summer 100+

I also took all 3 family scooters for some winter exercise today. I'm no Stig, who rides in some real cold weather, but the temp was 35* F, the wind was at 18-20 mph out of the SW, and it was raining by the time I put the last scooter away. Despite the conditions, it was great to get out on the road again!

Where I'm at has very similar weather temps. So far, the coldest I have ridden is upper 30's (37 -39 degree). Too damn cold, that I could hardly wait to get to work .... I scoot to work. Anything colder than that, I'm driving. I'll take mid to upper 40's + any day :p
