Found 2007 Kymco xciting 250 on my local craigslist. Not in good condition but the seller is selling it for $250. Only problem that is mentioned there  is the ignition switch is not installed. The key broke off in the ignition and he removed it but never bought a new one.

I am actually looking for a 50cc scooter for my sister. She is 5' 4'' with 123lb but this scoot looks like a steal. What do you guys think here? Should I get it for her?

Well, not without a title lol that always sketches me out to hear ignition ripped apart etc. Plus, unless she's a skilled 125lb rider, that'll be a hard bike to hold up. The 250 is the same frame as the 500 so it's pretty heavy, even by 250cc standards.

Yes, it does come with the title and all the documents. I thought about that too when I first knew about the ignition problem. Thank you

Thanks for the website. That is really cool. I talked to the guy and he said he had another small 50 cc moped. Will take a look at that instead.

Thanks you all for helping me. I still feel it is a good deal though, might just get it and have it fixed for sale?
