The helmet hook
« on: January 25, 2015, 07:56:26 PM »
I have one of those and it's a sturdy little hook. The plastic nipple on my scoot under the seat for locking your helmet is near the hinge and is not user friendly. It also places my helmet where the visor can easily be scratched, not good. I hate scratches in my visor. The hook on the steering assembly lets the helmet hit the floor board and is not lockable plus a very tight fit with the seat nearby. This is a great little product and a solution to an aggravation. If anyone is going to steal a helmet just slicing the strap is all that's needed but it renders the helmet useless. The lock just keeps it from being stolen by honest folks but that's with any helmet lock outside.   TheHelmetHook.com
