Welcome Kymco Owners!
You know what width at least I think thats the first two numbers when they list them. I see numbers like 15x12, 16x13, 20x15, etc but cannot find a direct link to a super8 150 and what it uses.
i got those one here, seem cheeper then dr pulley:http://www.ebay.com/itm/151361320025?_trksid=p2060778.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AITonce i put them in I let you know guys how it worked, 18x14 seems the proper size
18x14 is correct, although I hate to tell you this. ANY slider other than Dr. Pulley is 100% CRAP. They will wear out very fast, and the time I tried cheap O sliders they would ALWAYS flip and then the bike would feel like your taking off in "2nd" gear. I would through those in the garbage as soon as they get to your door, and order a set of the Dr. Pulley sliders. Yes they are fairly expensive, but they will last FOR EVER and not flip on you, even once.
btw, i have no luck unscrewing the variator nut. we tried with another friend. ordered a special locking tool, did not expect this damn thing to be so tight
I got one of these to help with removing variator nut but I thought I read in another thread that the S8 has a plastic ramp on the outside. Is this true and is it safe to use this type of tool to hold the plastic piece to remove the variator nut.
