Washing tool?
« on: February 01, 2015, 07:34:40 PM »
I have seen videos and pix (think it was on the Philippine LIKE Club site) of the guys washing their LIKE's using a foamy brush/sponge-like thing.....kinda like a 18" long banana sponge with handle. Anybody know where I can find something like that. It looks like it works good to get in the wheels spokes and behind the muffler, into the forks. Those kind of places.
Have not been able to find a wash tool like that for my scooter. Especially needed for the after-ski rides.
Thanks for any ideas, Stig

I wash my bikes and cars at those pay with quarters stations, they have pressure washer, foaming brush, soap spray, and degreaser spray. Works like a charm for $5. Granted i only wash like once a year in the summer....

I kinda like those sponge mits. Ace Hardware has them for 14 bucks. The BEST thing is they prevent jammed up fingers or cuts from all the sharp bits.
I use them detailing boats where Every part wants to "bite" ya.

That's a great post (yours) cause it's a great way to wash almost everything.
