Kymco Parts Online
« on: February 20, 2015, 06:13:01 PM »
Is it just my luck or does everyone have trouble getting parts from the Kymco Online company? I recently ordered a new belt for my P150 and it has been a month without it being delivered. I called and was told it was to ship that day and another week has gone by without it. Several months ago I had ordered a exhaust gasket and it took two weeks to receive that part, not very effective product support for having such good products.

Everyone having issues with ordering online should CALL OR EMAIL ME!!!!!!!!! I have most if not all service items for almost any Kymco. Why deal with a shady online corporation when you can call me and get exactly what you want, shipped same day?

Zombie, do ice cream sandwiches count? I'll take everyone out for Filet O' Fish at McD's and a cone after.

Waiting a month for a belt is ridiculous, a week at most. Especially during the riding months. Betandwin even if your prices are a few $ higher your the go to guy. My scoots still new but if, when, I need anything I'll give you a shot.

There are hundreds of complaints about them going back 5-6 years.

I believe he works much the same as ScooterTronics.

You order / He orders / he waits / you wait.  Just PM B&L for the parts you need. He is co- owner / vested partner in a small scoot shop in Portland. They still use a string, soup can for an inter-come but they'll catch up.

I see the parts questions brought up a lot. Most of them are regarding where is the best place to order parts from.
I have ordered parts for my wife's bike. I go online and get the exact Kymco part numbers. (So there is zero confusion) I give the dealer the part numbers. The girl orders them. If they are in stock at the regional distribution center, they have the parts within 5 or 6 days. If not local, they get them from the main Kymco distribution center in Georgia, I think. That takes up to two weeks to process and ship ground. I pick them up at the dealer. The system works well. Why make it complicated?
The price differences that I have seen do not seem to warrant the risk from some of these online, overseas warehouse, companies.
I of course, do not have vast experience with ordering kymco parts. I have ordered parts this way about 5 or 6 times without problems. I could see there might be an issue with an older model bike.
