My Agility 50 does this same thing.  I agree with Zombie when he says it's just a different sound to the vibration of your scoot!

I figure it is just you feeling the vibration more since pulling the brake pulls the trans/wheel tighter to the frame.

Sooorrryy, next time!! No, that was a test video, I am still working out the kinks in my homemade camera mount, then I will put some Hawaii cruisin' on here. I got some really good footage while cruisin the Hilo Bay but too shaky!!

..I velcro and taped my cam to the front of my helmet...lol..
